Hendrick Medical Center uses what they call a Baptist Cocktail. A mix of milk of magnesia and warm prune juice. It will disolve a concrete turd.

If you are really really plugged up, look up a concoction called “the bomb” laxative. That’s what they gave me in the hospital when I was super plugged after surgery. The nurses had given me a lot of ‘movement’ improvers. Nothing worked. The Doc showed up and said “prepare the Bomb”. Nurses smiled and headed off to make it. Found that nickel I swallowed in 3rd grade. Heard the ‘Klink”.

Just left my fat doctor. She suggests Metamucil to keep things regular. Mostly Psyllium. Its fiber not a laxative.

Milk of Magnesia/Duca last should get the "brick" out, but Psyllium will keep it all moving.

If you have had diverticulitis, it's a true balancing act.

Stir that up, refrigerate it.

Have a few heaping spoons of that at night. Chase it with store brand Metamucil.

Personally never had a recurring issue but my wife had her gall bladder out and tried everything for years. She would get miserable for many days. Found a product called Gall-B Enzymes from a natural health store and she is regular again which is good for both of us.

Have two lenny and larry cookies and a cup of gas station cappuchino for breakfast. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. If you don’t blow it up by lunch time, have two more , with a cup of joe. At this point, you are gonna sh* your brains out it is a matter of when. So have a normal supper. Continue to drink plenty of water, your goal should be at least 8 of those 16 ounce bottles in a day.

Get ready. It will be glorious.
