Me too, guess im lucky. My mother in law is awesome.

Same here. My MIL is one of the sweetest ladies I've ever known. She is in advanced stages of alzheimer's and doesn't know who I am but is still so pleasant.

I see you know mine. My wife has major issues with her mom.

I loved my mil. She mentioned one night that she was meeting some friends at a Chinese restaurant. I’m not a big fan of Chinese and she knew that. I told her the one dish I really liked at that restraint was called cream of sumyounguy. She actually tried to order it. She eventually thought it was funny and told the story whenever Chinese food was mentioned

Wife from a strict catholic family. Mil tolerated me, but I wasn't the favorite. No big problems. Married 54 years so I must not be to bad. I tell the story of our wedding. Two mothers sitting in the front of the church crying. One crying because her daughter is marrying a non catholic, the other crying because her son is marrying a catholic.

Few years later my wife was saying everything goes wrong when I'm at the fire station. Sue told her no, there's a whole lot of problems he takes care of, when he's home, that you just never hear about.

Cancer sucks! It took her from us when she was only 67 years old. She was a smart, and extremely hard working woman to the day she died. She kept her two acres landscaped like a park, with her own two hands.

Sounds like my MiL. She would take my side more often than her own daughters, but right was right in her eyes. Great lady, cancer took her at a young 58 years old

Haven't met my mother in law yet. She is in prison in Washington state and has been there for I think about 6 years and has another eight to do. Had my grandmother in law stay with us for a few weeks and I love the lady.

My MIL forbid us from getting married during deer season. I get along with her extremely well.
