The biscuit and gravy thread got me wanting some more. Hungry man breakfast this morning. Cook your sausage patties and save 1/4 of the tube for pepper gravy. Our little local restaurant does that in a 4-egg omelette!! I haven't ever finished one.

I don't save any of the sausage for the gravy, just the grease. I put the gravy ON the sausage and biscuits and eggs. I made biscuits yesterday but we didn't have any sausage at the house.
Pass the gravy.
