Amazing, looking forward to eating more of him…Mississippi neck roast on the menu for tonite.

Yes sir look great , never had it . How does it compare to other wild game ? I don't find there is a unique flavor, it's very beef'ish. Wife gave both it and the roast a thumbs up this weekend. but not write????? Not sure what you want me to write but I've been a little busy cooking, catching up at home, taxes (mother ......, if I didn't hate the government before) and butchering backstraps...these things are about as long as my wing span
