Boss got the left over steak, leaving me to fend for myself. Broke out a couple cast iron pans, for grits and sauteed Tony Chacere shrimp. Since it was dinner instead of breakfast, grits were made with chicken stock for flavor. Sharp cheddar, bacon and onions. Yum!!!!
