Ate at a little Mexican food place in Cotulla awhile back. It is in an old trailer house and doesn't look like much. Inside is clean and it is probably the best Mexican food I have ever eaten...anywhere! Old Mexican ladies cooking and hand rolled flour tortillas. No credit cards...cash only.
