A True Value in Waco is having all of its inventory auction off by the SBA. Lots of goodies. AUCTION
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

Most warehouse or stores asset sale like these I see the bidders pay more than retail after buyers premiums is accessed to them.
