I got three deer seasons out of the original battery from my 2021 Ranger. Machine is stored at home in my insulated garage but used hard in extreme heat and cold while in the field. Went ahead and changed, replacing with identical Polaris branded battery. Not bad for a stock battery. For Trucks and UTV's, I really like getting a little ahead of replacing batteries.

I'm pretty ATV ignorant, but is it 12v or 6v? No rec for the battery itself, but if 12v, I can rec a great charger that should keep it going for longer than three years.

Honestly, the $175.00 every three years ain't bad. I hunt 25 sq. miles and a dead battery just isn't something I want to risk. I do carry a NOCO booster, but still like the peace of mind of a good battery within or not too far out of it's service life.

I run a battery tender on my riding mower and Mule Pro. My Mule is a 2016 and I replaced the battery in it before this season just to be safe. I got 9 years out of my last riding mower battery.

My 2016 mule pro was purchased in 2017. The original battery died this last summer. Replaced with battery from dealer. Hoping it lasts just as long. I also carry a booster in mule, it could be a very long walk back to camp.
