I have a new Cabin i built for my lease that’s less than 2 years old. Moving off the lease and have some attorney fees i need to pay for so i’m listing cheap for a quick sale. $10,000 cash or $9,000 cash and $1,500 in trade. and it will probably take you $1,000 to have it moved depending on location. Will come with a Queen bed, TV and mini fridge. Wouldn't mind seeing a full size picture of outside and full pictures of inside, with correct orientation.

Between $16,000-$17,000. Spray foam insulation, all the electrical, windows, framing, all cedar, flooring and labor. the price listed is a steal. look at the ones sold on excaliber selling for 26k plus.
