He’s a retired police officer so I wouldn’t exactly refer to him as a bystander. Either way it helped having a friendly on the scene after the gunfight.

The bullets hitting the water while he was moving and trying to be small was absolutely telling about the bad guy’s intent.

I stopped it after a few seconds of commentary before looking for the original uninterrupted version. Most are just needless commentary. Good for this guy and his support of LEOs.

It's messed up that the retired officer, didn't have a gun with him, because he was going to cross into Canada and they won't let him have one there. Those feet smelling Frenchman up there should be thankful if an armed USA retired police officer was there keeping them safe.
