Usually cut inta small pieces, wrape in bacon.
This time fried up bacon, added the cut up pieces of heart.

For seasoning. bang can't find the KingsFord season no more.

I love it cut in strips with salt and pepper and fried in butter to medium rare.

I have to fight with my wife as she tries to eat it as I plate it stir
