If you are willing to send Class III machining in Rowlett is pretty much the go to for all things threading. He does hundreds a week.

The process seems a bit strange to strip your rifle down to barreled action, but for $125 to cut and thread it can’t be beat. And he claims not a single baffle strike in ~25000 threads.

I've spoken to Morgan and recommend him as well. His setup dictates the stripped action. I'd imagine it's cheaper if he doesn't have to take time to disassemble and keep up with extra pieces.
