I know zero about it other than I can’t imagine it’s made anywhere else but China.

Spend the money on one of the Big 4s. Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki or Suzuki.

Buy once, cry once.

My Honda I own in Philippines is made in China.

It's over 10 years old and only had to change tires, oil, and a muffler, never has had any mechanical issues.

I would think most of those are China made as well.

Honda has plants in 15-16 countries. Yes they have a China plant but it's for low end products.

Can you buy replacement parts easily? If so, can you turn a wrench?

Me, personally, I'm done with the cheap knockoffs. I bought a 50cc knockoff dirt bike for my kid that I eventually got running right but there was a lot of trial and error on buying what would actually work for the bike.

Cheap, yes. Headache, double yes.

Wow, reading the Wiki dates, I wonder what a Honda motorcycle from 1946 looks like.
Some of the Amazon reviews would give me pause.

Just buy you an electric bike and make motorcycle sounds going down the road.

Then stick to Honda or Kawasaki.

Buying a cheap, no name, knockoff chinese motorcycle from Amazon that has zero dealer support sounds like a horrible idea if you don't like working on things.

You have to assemble it. Looked it up on Amazon.

To be determined

Check out China riders forum and also a Facebook group for the hawk. They’re basically a Honda 250 clone from YP. You can also buy them from power sportsmax.com. I think they’re running a sale right now for $1619 plus shipping. I bought a boom cat BD125-2 from them for $849 and $279 shipping they have better prices than Amazon. The only assembly required is basically putting the front wheel handlebars mirrors, etc. simple stuff. My little motorcycle is actually been a good little motorcycle. It’s fun to ride 55 mph with me on it but a lot of guys really like the hawk motorcycles you do have to repair them little more than you would with a Japanese bike, but once you get the bugs worked out, they’re usually pretty good, anyhow best of luck. Read the reviews. Parts and warranty service are almost impossible to get.

One shot is all it should take.
