Time machine list--- UFO 1977 Thin Lizzy 1977 Hendrix 1970 Kiss 1977 Iron Maiden 1981 Johnny Cash 1970 Montrose 1974 Rush 1980 Wishbone Ash 1973 Roy Gallagher 1974 Black Sabbath 1981
I could add 30 more including Tull Zeppelin Purple Skynard Marshall Tucker...... but I'm cool with the above list. While I saw a lot of great shows in the mid to late 1980s my favorite era was the first wave of British metal. Just a couple years too young and living in Jackson MS at the time that had limited shows.

Dad drove me and my friends up to Austin, to the Paramount, to hear Dizzy Gillespie. I think Max Roach was on set, and I'm ashamed I can't remember the others.
'Saw B.B. King before he died. He was in his 80s, 'could still remember and introduce every member of the band by first AND last name...and still had a bra thrown at him. My hero.

I saw Ray Charles and the Raylettes when I was in college. Heck of a show. And the wife and I had front row seats for Springsteen and his Born in the USA tour. I liked him back then. Clarence Clemons on the Sax. Really something. The wife was up on a chair shaking her backside, having the time of her life.
My youngest daughter, who professes to hate country music, got invited to a girls nite out at a music venue (as she referred to it), and Ray Wylie Hubbard was playing. She said she never had more fun in her life, and when he sang “f___ you, I’m from Texas”, the place went wild. So…thank you Ray Wylie, for straightening the kid out. I wouldn’t mind seeing him in concert.

I like this list. I am also a Social Distortion fan. My band was supposed to open up for them, but the grim reaper came a knockin' and shut that down. Saw them later and it was a great show. I like Mike Ness. Wrote some good songs, some I reciprocated with.

I can think of several but the thought of being in a crowd of people ruins it completely. I guess that’s the best way I can put it, too.

Yeah Sneaky, that's the one band I regret not catching live. So much noise from two people.
Skinner hope you make it through the night..

Skinner hope you make it through the night.. Oh yeah, I was baffled when I learned that it was just them. It’s a shame they didn’t make it.

Wish I would have been able to see Stevie. One of the most talented musicians of all time.
Current artists, Cody Johnson puts on a hell of a show and is a good dude I'm happy to give my money to.

Lot's of bands I would like to have seen. I've only been to maybe 4 concerts in my life. Van Halen, Kiss, Warrant, and Nelson. Don't judge me on the last one. I was trying to get into a girl's pants. It worked.
Would like to have seen Def Leppard, Guns N Roses, AC/DC.
