Loving it . Johnny cash never sounded better!
Patsy cline record ordered lol!

Fixed a few vintage Kenwoods and a Pioneer.

Got a vintage Dual TT.

Feel like I’m living large.

My entertainment center is loaded with JVC equipment from 1996. Love it.

i have a Fluance TT for the vintage amps, because the phono inputs can be ...not so great. the Fluance has a modern built in phono amp. handy. smile

the Dual feeds a Denon AVR.

a few days ago I streamed Petulia Clark, and i was just blown away by the presence.

Are the Klipsch Corner Horns still relevant or has technology replaced the huge speakers?

Mcintosh tube amp and pre amp. Klipsch speakers. Thorens turntable with an Ortofon moving coil cartridge was pretty sweet back in the day.

Acoustic Research AR-2’s pushed by Sony digital amp here.
I’m looking for a reasonably priced older Sansui amp.

I have a Phase Linear 200 amp I’m not using, and an EQ1 frequency analyzer.

I have the Phase Linear 400 hooked up with the Carver pre-amp. If you’ve never heard of that Carver Pre-amp, it has a Holographic option. With a good TT, if you push that Holographic button, the music separates. You get a distinct feeling that you are in the room with the musicians, and each singer and guitar picker is in front of you in an identifiable place. Incredible. Doesn’t work with every record.

I used to say that if a guitar picker scratched his butt, you could hear it. It was a wonderful stereo system and I miss it. I still have most of it, but not the size room I’d need, and no place to put big speakers.

The Phase Linear 200 amp just sits in a closet, as does the EQ1 frequency analyzer/adjuster.

Every Christmas morning, to wake everyone up to come open presents, I always played Bad to the Bone, loud. Shake the house.

My dad brought a Sansui like this home from Vietnam, including the same speakers in the pic plus a turntable. Dad's been gone three years now. Not sure what happened to them over the years, but I'd give anything to have them back. Outside the sentimental value, the system absolutely rocked. rock_on

I still have the Garrard Zero 100 that I bought in High School. Love some vinyl. Run it through an NAD pre amp and then a Rotel amp, Polk Audio towers.

I like it.

I had a 801 Omnisonic Imager that did that. Sounded great!

My favorite with the kids was Pink Floyd’s “Time.” 😂
