I have had the pleasure of working with multiple different Rangers over the years, and I can't say a single negative thing about any of them. All of them started out with work relationships but turned into personal friendships. Some of the finest men to ever wear a badge.

Kevin Johnson up the panhandle tricks out most of their guns and belt buckles. They are works of art.

"As long as I feel like I am contributing" - how refreshing. A man who should be considered a model of what others could be. Have had the good fortune to meet a couple of these gentlemen and they both shared an almost majestic modesty which is quite uncommon and being seen less and less. One is long since passed E.O. Oliver and he is up there in their HOF at Waco. Walking through his home up at Canyn lake was like being in a museum of its own. We still have Ranger Ray down here. Long since retred, he is fairly well know for helping to stop a lil' incident at a tower in Austin. He is quite the man. His presence is quietly different than most and you would never know his hero status unless they wrote books about it.

There are a bunch of good people out there in all walks of life. They come and go often without being recognized while the media almost seems to glorify the trash who exist among us.

All I have worked with have been very good investigators. Can't say that about the feds though.
