Prefer 10-12 hunters max. Lease is currently open, so would start for this season.

I do not have any pics to send. I am the forester managing the tract for the landowner, so do not have detail on previous deer harvest. The property was leased for almost 20 years by a group of guys. A few of them lost jobs in this great economy and they had to give it up.

I know there is electricity, I beleive there is water. The previous leasee had camp house that burned down last year. They used a travel trailer afterwards.

Answers:
1. no one on lease currently
2. 10-12 hunters is about the most we want hunting the tract. Up to you to get a group together. We are not leasing the tract per hunter or per gun. Annual lease at $8 per acre per year.
3. electricity - yes, water - pretty sure
4. yes, supply own stands. A few on property from previous hunters.
5. Yes, supply own feeders.
6. Year round lease. Shoot hogs all year, recreation with family, etc.
7. Near community of Votaw, off of FM 787.
8. You can set up a time to view property.

Thanks for the interest in the lease. As of right now the lease is available. Have shown several groups, waiting to hear back a definite answer. Mostly people just having trouble putting groups together. Seems like plenty of interested guys here if everyone gets together. Showin tract again tomorrow afternoon if anyone wants to see it.

may be willing to split the 1400 acres into two lease. It would be an 800 acre lease and a 600 acres lease. Can only do this if I can get both leased.

Would you be willing to part with 400 acres for 3,000 at 7.50 an acre. If so, I can do this. I live about an hour from Votaw. Is there any type of multi year lease agreement?

Thanks

I can't split out 400 acres. I amy be able to offer a reduced rate for the whole tract for this season, with a commitment to lease for next year or multi-year lease.
