She looks tasty to me lol. Have a few turkey boobs left in the freezer that will be fried up soon, or stewed. Been saving the last few bags. Either way I made a promise that I would not cook the last of the turkey without my daughter. She MADE me promise, OK.....

I've always wanted to deep fry a hen turkey.
Not inject. Just brine, fry, and dust hot out the grease.
When I was a kid we shot hens with 22's and cooked them on a stick you whittled over a campfire. I miss those days..
