I don’t expect a whole lot to happen to the greasy liberal, but it’s a step in the right direction.

Involuntary Manslaughter charge, which is the correct charge. I think he will be found guilty, suspended sentence/un-supervised probation.

Since he played Trump on SNL I'm surprised they didn't indict Trump for it.

I'm surprised, especially considering New Mexico is a commie state now.

I'm surprised, especially considering New Mexico is a commie state now. Yeah, that’s why I thought it was worth mentioning. I didn’t think that liberal cesspool would try one of their own.

I don't get this. It was either a terrible accident, or not his fault (assuming you believe he has no reason to think it was live ammo). By this logic, every actor who ever held a gun on set should be charged with brandishing.

Safety Bulletins
Recommended by Industry-Wide Labor-Management Safety Committee for the Motion Picture and Television Industry
Safety Bulletins are researched, written, and distributed by the Industry-Wide Labor-Management Safety Committee for use by the motion picture and television industry. The Industry-Wide Labor-Management Safety Committee is composed of guild, union, and management representatives active in industry safety and health programs.
Safety Bulletins are guidelines recommended by the Safety Committee. They are not binding laws or regulations. State, federal, and/or local regulations, where applicable, override these guidelines. Modifications in these guidelines should be made, as circumstances warrant, to ensure the safety of the cast and crew.
The Safety Committee and the Safety Bulletins are representative of the commitment of both labor and management to safe practices in the motion picture and television industry. The members of the Safety Committee and all those who contributed to its work have devoted a great deal of time and effort to these guidelines because of the importance of safety to our industry.
All Industry personnel have legal and moral responsibility for safety on the set or wherever they may be working. The Safety Bulletins may be reproduced and attached to call sheets or otherwise distributed to affected employees. Revised December 19, 2023https://www.csatf.org/01_safety_bltn_firearms/https://www.csatf.org/02_safety_bltn_live_ammunition/

Typical Hollywood types. Brought live rounds to where a western movie was being filmed, went shooting on the ranch before the incident and the chick armorer tried to ditch her cocaine before she was interviewed. Oh and of course smoking weed in the evenings.

I don't get this. It was either a terrible accident, or not his fault (assuming you believe he has no reason to think it was live ammo). By this logic, every actor who ever held a gun on set should be charged with brandishing. Rule number one, assume every gun is loaded. Rule two, don't point it at anything you don't intend to kill.

I am not a fan of Baldwin nor Hollywood, but I think his point is this; the actor simply used a prop in the way the scene was dictated. It would be no different than an actor picking up a hammer to drive a nail. Real weapons are used in movies and the triggers are pulled all the time. Is it the actors fault for doing what he has always done for over 30 years? There were people on the set paid to ensure the safety of those there. To me, that is where the fault lies. This also relates to my Brandon Lee comment above....the guy that shot him was never charged....and even acted in other films afterwards.

At the end of the day, anyone with a firearm in their hand is responsible for what they do with it. Mostly, I just think this is a lovely little dose of karma, right or wrong.

This is all a show for the libs to say “no one is above the law.” He’ll get probation and a little community service which he’ll do at some queer outreach.
