I watched this short series over the last couple of days. It will sure make you think about what you are eating these days.
I am glad I have four deer in the freezer after this season. Much cleaner than much of the meat in the supermarkets.

Buy your beef direct then if you are worried about store contamination. Boom problem solved
These shows like frack nation etc, emphasizes stuff that typically doesn't exist in any common practice or notable way

We thought this too. Began shooting Nilgai cows to replace our beef. Worked out well but got away from it. Starting this again next month. Only this time, also will have access to Oryx cows and Nilgai. Cannot wait.

Several folks I know here will process a cow from their ranch and sell it locally in large quantities. That’s where I get beef from.
