That is always my biggest concern. Of course they all say they give you back your meat but who really knows? I'm anal when it comes to the harvesting process. Quick kill(less adrenaline pumped) field dress in less than 30 min., hang overnight if it's cold enough(if not, @ the processor w/in 1 hr. of hitting the ground), rinse insides real good, keep bugs off it, etc. I know, it's a bit overboard probably but I do ALL I can to make sure it stays good, clean, cold, etc. I know not everybody does this & that is why I want MY meat. Hope you find a good one.

Well, it looks like Cole has supplied a name. There's one closer to The Woodlands (that I won't name cause I can't prove anything) that returned me a box with a couple of packages marked "pork".
