All these bowl games are pointless except for the top 4 playoff bowls.

Too many players sitting out bc of draft or transferring.

FSU will be without their top 2 WRs, starting RB, best defense edge rusher, and backup QB. Not sure who all is sitting out for Georgia.

I don’t think the games are pointless for most programs.

This Orange Bowl gives a pretty good look at depth and what next years roster will look like. They both may add a couple starters. But, pretty much, this is your team in 8 months.

Last year I wanted Bryce Young to opt out of Sugar Bowl. So Milroe could get some more reps.

With half their offense and defense starters sitting out a meaningless game you are correct.

Dang Buzz when a top players opts out there is usually a huge drop in performance. If Ewers would of opted out and they had to use Manning Texas would be in a world of trouble.

GA played a freshman QB and RB the second half. It wouldn’t have mattered. FSU was a fraud and their attitude towards this game showed it.

The portal is huge issue that needs to be addressed. No transfers in season and only bowl games should be the 12 team playoffs next year.

I think the bowl games other than the 2 playoff games have sucked for the most part. I blame it on the portal and NIL. Everyone is playing their 3rd stringers. I had an opportunity to go to several bowl games this year and passed because I knew they would suck
