Bama selection in 4 spot is for what the committee thinks people will pay to see, rather than who earned it. Makes me question whether Vegas has ties to the committee…

Last year of this BS hopefully. They need to change the name of CFP to CFI. It is by invitation only. It doesn't matter what you do on the field, it's who you play for. What happened to the old fashion coin toss, to eliminate the human bias aspect. FSU got hosed.

So if Ewers would have got hurt late in yesterdays game and been questionable for the playoffs would Texas have still deserved to be in top 4?

Im not a Tshirt fan of UT or any where else I didn't actually go to school at. Just call it as I see it. Bama just beat a 29-0 team(which I figured they might), UT lost to a 2 loss OU that didnt make it to Big 12 finals nor is top 10. I look at it from the opposite point of view. Texas and 'Bama have the same record, both conference champs. The most obvious comparison between the two is head to head where Texas won.....by 10.....in Tuscaloosa. Now, if UT's loss was flipped and they'd lost to 'Bama and beat OU and still were 12-1 and Big 12 champs, I'd agree with you and Texas wouldn't be a consideration. Head to head matters, as it should.

I know FSU is not one of the 4 best. I saw that last night...... the right, but tough thing to do is to put Bama in. I did think the committee would have the balls, but it turns out they did. Their Heisman contending QB went down, and there was a huge drop-off. Is sucks, but the right thing was done.
