I’m in the process of putting a value on some mounts from an estate

Most are respectable 8-11 pts, nothing giant
A silver medal red stag
A pretty axis mount that has great mass all the way to the tips

I have someone interested in buying some, what would be a fair value. They eventually have to go somewhere

I've sold a few on eBay and averaged around $300 for dink 8s and 10s.
Here's a current auction. Not mine.

that looks about right from what I have seen over the years - been in many
antique" stores and always take a look at what they want for heads.

The stag and axis mounts should bring quite a bit more - here is a place in Fort Worth I ran across that buys them - good luck!
