Well.....after 4 years, getting to test out this lifetime warranty. Caught my left leg on the blind last week and put a hole in them. Sent them back last week so we will see how this goes. Curious of time turnaround. Hopefully soon cause I went back to neoprene back ups for the time being and damn these things are heavy!

Keep wearing those Neoprenes. I'm gettin' old and need every advantage I can get to make it to the holes first. Just PM me your top locations and...

If they have a high margin I bet they just send a new pair. But I'm guessing. Warranty is worth a lot less if it takes 6 weeks turnaround.

Let us know how it goes. I'm in the market for a new pair.

Interesting to hear how this works out.
No issues with mine yet but Sitka store in Dallas said they would handle shipping if any issues, wonder if it faster going through the store than shipping back yourself.

I would imagine they will patch them and send back to you since it’s not a product failure, just my guess.

I sent mine back for repair a few years ago. From shipping to Sitka to back at my door was 3 weeks but that was in mid January so I’m sure they weren’t dealing with the Christmas rush like they are now.

They emailed me a return label about 5 minutes after I submitted the claim. The store still has to ship them to the same place I shipped too. I asked about that as well.

Went through it last year with a pouring boot seam. They got delivered to sitka's warranty shop on 11/14 and were back on my front porch on 12/9. Online said 6-8 week turnaround so I was thrilled and can only think of two reasons why it was so quick. It was a manufacturer defect so they pushed it through quickly to put the new style boots on or because I called every few days to get an update since the email updates were non-existent. I waited a few days after they got delivered received no updates so I called the first time, then every few days would call a guy that gave me his direct number, each time I called it seemed like they got pushed to the next round of the process. Never been one to "bother" people like that but I was nice and understanding every time I called and maybe it helped. I put neoprenes on the first hunt after I sent them back and I had gotten soft, I needed those comfortable waders back to walk around in.

Man, I miss it too. I keep trying to pick my shots so birds land close to the blind. If they are too far, I send the boy or my wife! roflmao

Sent mine back knee seam leak took 6 weeks. I went ahead and ordered another pair of solids. Have enough money invested in land…..another set of waders is easily justified.

Not wader warranty related, but I submitted a warranty claim for the rambler luggage from sitka.
the handle broke - you can pull it out but will not go back down, typical carryon issue.
submitted a claim on 12/28/23, sent pics and videos, to see what Sitka would do for me.

Two days later, got an email that my order has been processed, confused so i logged in and saw that Sitka just decided to ship me a brand new rambler luggage to replace the broken one.
Got the new one two on Saturday 01/06/24.

Great customer service and quick turn around.
