Yes, it was my error as I was distracted and only read the above question. I looked back to the form and clicked yes. Dealer said it was a common problem and now I'm wondering if I'm going into some kind of watch list. Paranoid lol

ATF will be sending sternly worded letters to all of your friends warning them not to buy any guns from you.

A guy piped up in another post that ATF reads these boards and he knows some of them plus they are really swell guys. Maybe they could chime in and answer your question.

Nothing is going to happen. The 4473 stays with the FFL and is not reported to the ATF. You answered the question incorrectly and that ended the sale of the gun with that FFL you could have walked out of there and gone to another FFL and bought that gun or any other gun and the sale would have gone through.
