I’ve been on this forum for a long time and have offered season leases through the bow hunting page on our ranch in San Saba for 20+ years.

I’ve never been into the short term lease weekend type hunt scenarios but am doing that this year. I own multiple properties in Bell County that range from 100 to 500 acres that are absolutely overloaded with deer.. It would be one buck and 2 does and I don’t care what is shot. I did 3 adult hunts the second weekend and everyone got their buck and does. and that’s the only deer shot off the 5 places.

Every property has bucks in the 110 to 140 range and every property has produced a buck over 150.

The properties have stands and feeders and I’m happy to share pictures. These are basically my private hunting properties and I just got more deer than I need even after taking 4-5 kids hunting later in the season. On the last day of season last year, one property had 260 are in 100 acre Wheatfield. 55 of them being eight pointer or bigger. Several of these properties are on the edge of the city limits with zero hunting neighbors so if we don’t shoot the deer they will be there. all stands are 4x8 and are set with feeders and food plots.

Basically, I’m looking to offset the cost of Feed, food plots, and other improvements we do to the properties by doing 1-2 late youth hunts the weekend of jan 14. this also helps me shoot does on the properties east of 35 where doe hunting is restricted. i have one youth hunter booked. already snd will do one more hunt for $1850 or if you have two hunters i would do $1750 each. you can buy one hunt snd bring more than one kid to shoot the 4 deer. any 1 buck and 3 does.

This may get more interest in the Outfitters section. And I’ll add, it’s a little pricey (only adding that, since it’s not in the Outfitters section).

Sounds like a great deal to offer brazos, especially the bringing more than one youth for the 4 deer. Priced well, and sounds like there is plenty of opportunity.
