My soon to be twelve year old wants to do a 🗡️ hunt for a pig.
Within 2-3 hours of the metroplex if possible.
If anyone has any leads I'd much appreciate it.

Believe it or not. Actor Marshall Teague (best known for “Road House”) told me 20 years ago he hunted pigs that way. I never heard of that. I was blown away. He’s a badass for real!

We did one quite a while ago with an outfitter down by Temple. Good lodge and got on quite a few pigs. I'll see if I can find their info

Okay; guess there’s a couple ways of doing it. When I heard about that, it was more like “Rambo- First Blood” style. Recall a pig is funneled into a deep, dead end trench. Then you jump down landing your spear or big knife into it. Sounded pretty dangerous.
