hey guys,

so I my wife inherited a few Class III full auto rifles from her father who recently passed away. the guns are in a trust but she would like to get them appraised so she knows their value prior to finding a dealer to sell them. Anyone have an recommendations as to where to take them to get appraised in the DFW area?

Reach out to Tom at Hart Sports (Plano). 469-223-9391

If he can't help you, he can direct you to the right resource.

Not sure if you are talking about 100k pieces of equipment that you can’t help but sell, but prices of most class 3 firearms have doubled in the past 5-10 years, one could only assume they are going to keep doubling….

Regardless of the item, never sell to the appraiser or anyone he recommends.

Post them here or at TexasGunTalk.com, first.

I mean I'm definitely interested in some. Always looking to add to the NFA collection.

If you want to get a spot check, Ruben Mendiola of https://dealernfa.com/ is probably the most reputable dealer out there. Take 10-15% off his prices and you've got a close approximation to street price.

He also sells on www.sturmgewher.com and its trading post is a great repository of NFA values for items

I’d be interested in one. What type of guns are they?
