It's not over, this was just shot down by a lower court judge, it will get appealed again back up to the 5th circuit (that had already sent it back down to the lower court to re-hear), then the AFT will appeal it to the supreme court. This is going to drag on for a couple more years.

This injunction is a stay from enforcement of the law to everyone across the country. This is just an injunction against enforcement until it goes to a higher court (5th Circuit).

And after the 5th circuit the AFT will appeal to the Supremes. Because they have unlimited tax dollars to spend on lawyers.
