Bacon wrapped Peppercini's. Super quick and easy and the Peppercinis hold there integrity better than Japs so they keep a little bit of that crunch.

I get the cheapest, thinnest bacon I can find, cut into 3rds, wrap, and sprinkle a little G&P. Delicious.

Jump shoot a few tanks. Breast the ducks. Cut the breast meat into strips and soak in jalapeño juice for a couple of hours. Cook briefly on a hot grill. Easy and nothing better.

Wrap a smoked oyster and a slice of water chestnut with bacon, put in a toothpick to hold it together and splash with worchestershire sauce, put in pit on low heat until bacon is done.
Thank me later.

Naw but seriously, I like what most folks like. Keep it pretty simple.

Deer sausage
Boudin
Any kind of jalapeno popper (never gets old, to me)

My two favorites are fresh jumbo Gulf shrimp wrapped in bacon & seasoned with Fremin's Magic Dust,
and bacon wrapped chicken bites. Use skinless/boneless chicken thighs cut into cubes and marinated in my achiote based red Mexican chicken marinade for a few hours, then wrapped in bacon and dusted with Magic Dust (or fajita seasoning). As soon as the bacon is crisp, glaze them with melted strawberry preserves (or prickly pear jelly if I have some). Talk about good!

Last week we had dove potstickers.

I typically have Frito Bean Dip, Frito Scoops, Pork Rines with hot sauce. It’s kind of fancy
