I could be persuaded that hes 5+. Pretty deep neck, deep belly-line (not race-horsey), dwarfs the 3.5 that's there with him.

He is fluffed up it appears with his hair being worn like a luffy jacket, but i agree with at least 4.5 here, may e older.
He isnt a young one for sure. The young 2.5-3.5yo buck is on the other side of the feeder.

He isnt a young one for sure. The young 2.5-3.5yo buck is on the other side of the feeder. Same things I see. Even with his fur fuzzed up you can see the tight hide and muscle tone along with the barrel shaped body with the fully filled out frame of a 4 1/2 year old buck. This time of year that buck is in the best shape he will be in all year. All blown up and ready for the rut but not yet carrying the extra weight of a 5 1/2 year old buck. Good luck to your daughter. He is a beauty.
