My brother found this half-buried along a fence in southern Oklahoma yesterday. Looks kind of like a bayonet-turned-knife. No blood groove though. Fill with white vinegar and two tablespoons of salt. Just cover the blade with it. After the rust is gone in a day or two, pull it and wash with water and baking soda to stop the process. Oil it immediately and a few times over the next couple of hours.
