Strongly considering buying a P226 X5 on Monday. I have wanted one of these for 15 years, but they have always been too much money. Now, with the 2023 release, and some extra pocket change, my local gun store has 1, and it’s the only one they will get.
I’m torn, I don’t know if I need it, okay I don’t need it, I do want it, along with a bunch of other things. But do I need a $2300 safe queen that strictly going to be used for plinking?
Who here has a P226 X5 or X6? Do you love it? Worth the money? Please, nobody with the P320 X5, it’s not the same league.

Buy the Legion 226 I got mine for $1100 but that was a while back.

Buy the Legion 226 I got mine for $1100 but that was a while back. No, this is X5 or nothing. I already have a P226

Absolutely buy it. I have a couple of nice higher end pieces in the safe and do not regret spending the money on them at all.
