What is the closest you have 2 feeders and 2 diff stands to each other? Lease partner wants to put a blind and another feeder up near a current one, more so for rifle hunting as the other stand and feeder are in some hard woods down a slope and this would be a little more open.
I’m curious if the deer would eat at one feeder and go to the next or just stick to one? Guess it depends how hungry the are.

Closest two stands are about 250 yards apart, but a creek and woods separates them. Both have feeders, but the feeders are about 400 yards apart. Pretty common to have deer show up at one feeder and not the other.

Our feeders average a little over a half mile apart. We will see the same deer at two are three different ones but regularly just one. All phases of rut there can be much further movement but not many do that. If you feed them they will come but feed them at too many places and you may not be there when they come. Reread your post so I need to elaborate and say they rarely will go to the same feeder during the same feeding. Likely other reasons but the corn would be gone when they went to the second one.

Rut = all is fair.

Closest is 1.25 miles. The greatest distance between any 2 is right at 6 miles. We have seen one buck from two different stand locations. Those 2 stands are about 3 miles apart and the sighting was during the rut.
An unethical shot is one you take, that you know you shouldn't.

Ours are all about half a mile, closest I believe is 600yds. Each feeder is set up on an existing travel corridor. We regularly see deer at 2-3 feeders and have seen the same deer at locations over 2 miles away in some instances.

Pretty common to have deer show up at one feeder and not the other. As the crow flies I have a few feeders that are about 250 yards from each other. High deer population and it’s somewhat rare to have a deer leave a feeder and move to another one in the same sit.
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

I have 2 feeders about 150 yards apart. I can hunt both feeders from a box blind and one from a tree stand. I have another tree stand on the trail that goes between both feeders. This set up gives me options for wind during bow season.
One feeder is down in a valley while the other is up on the ridge that my box blind is on. I find that does will generally hit both feeders, one after the other, but bucks usually only hit only one, the one that happens to be in the direction they’re headed.
