When I was a young man I remember making this comment to an older gentleman, "Ha, Dick Butkiss. I wonder how many times he got picked on growing up?" Response - "Probably not very many times son, he was a big strong mean SOB."

In high school football, they used to show us those old NFL football films to get us pumped up. "Crunchtime" was my favorite. Of course, they weren't old at the time, but Butkus was always an inspiration to young aspiring linebackers, etc. RIP.
