I’m looking to have the stock of a Wby Mark V deluxe refinished. Has plenty of dings in the wood.
Looking for a recommendation for a stock refinisher. Near or Far

Thx

For refinish of firearm wood or metal. Family owned and does amazing work. Check out their photo gallery of stock refinishing.

Does it have the polyurethane finish currently?

TDK on here does great work. He may be able to help.

Yes to poly, I’m thinking I’d like a true oil finish.

Buzz, the last time I talked to TDK about a stock refinish he said he was focusing more on building his custom gun business. I get it, but I to lose him a resource. He did a phenomenal job on a Browning O/U for me years ago..

He is great. I think I remember him saying taking the poly finish off those stocks was very time consuming and not much fun.
