Finished watching the tv series “Hell on Wheels” on AMC +. Took a couple weeks, 5 seasons and about 13 episodes per season. Based on the trans continental railroad race. Main character worked on the West bound side, then moved over to the East bound side. I enjoyed it, and the fact there were no commercials.

The Swede was very persuasive.

The Swede's character was portrayed by a helluva actor. 'Showed how the devil works.

I thought the first few episodes were excellent on showing how clunky and frustrating real gun fights probably were at that time.

I watched a few episodes years back when it was new and the somehow lost track and never finished the series. Is it good enough to revisit?

Tried watching it three different times and it never took. Maybe I’ll try it a fourth time, since it’s been years since I started it again.

It is a really good series, Anyone who likes Yellowstones first few seasons would like this I think. I watched it when it first came out & I would like to watch it all again.

I can't believe they got away with showing Brigham Young's true colors. Also the railroad barons, similar to the Carnegie's, etcetera, etcetera. This country coming into its own was a lot like making sausage...
