If "such as" also applies to axis, then no, this landowner isn't doing it. I'm low fence, if that makes any difference. This is starting to get ridiculous.

I feel like there are going to be a lot of CWD laws that get pushed but will not be enforced by TPWD officials. We have free range red deer, our TPWD biologist is aware of this and helps us set harvest goals for them as part of our MLD program and has never mentioned CWD testing to us.

I've seen that rule for several years now....but it obviously is not being enforced because I don't know anyone who actually does it. According to that rule, every single Elk, Red Deer, and Sika killed in the state of Texas is supposed to be tested for CWD. How many do you think actually are?
