They have found a new way to screw over gun owners up north. By playing around with their own state NICS system, They are forcing All private transfers to go through an FFL, they are using the SLFU of their state police to requiring all firearms transfers to be reported, specially coded, and transferred in/out of the FFL assisting the sale so that the data can be reported/recorded with the state police and the ATF... Given past history, this will guarantee that other blue states and weak kneed red states with a similar system, will follow suit. This is how it starts, and the snowball gets bigger and bugger as it rolls downhill, and over American citizens. Please be aware of the things they are doing and contact your Representatives and Senators to let them know how you feel about these transgressions.

Cash sale. No paperwork. How would they know? Right The people are not going to comply with this. They also will not be able to advertise any firearm for sale.

I spoke with a couple of gun show promoters.... they say if this rule goes on the books, they will have to limit all table sales to licensed FFL's, That means all those great collections/deals that you used to find at the shows will be gone. No more guys wanting or able to sell grandpa's collection or dad's or theirs for that matter, no more legal cash sales at the shows without the damn NICS BS!
