I'm sure the paper ones are. We use our nylon or whatever they are for trash bags.

Some feed stores will take them back. One in Lampasas did. Figure they still do

Never heard of or thought about asking the feed store if they wanted them back. As Jimbo1 said, they make good trash bags.

Some feed stores will take them back. One in Lampasas did. Figure they still do Browns in Lampasas pays $.10 for the bags they can reuse. The white ones. I use the paper ones along with dog food bags for trash in the garage. Anything that is going to stink goes out there.
