I like it better then my frontier in DFW

Bobos you tell 'em!!!! You didn't get to be the best shotgunner in the US by not being efficient. I bet you login thru the backend of Starlink thru the DOS system and reconfigure the software to move the satellites so they work better for you!!!

Starlink is for people who don't have good ground-based wired internet. If you have a good wired or local solution that works then that is the best solution for you.

In NW Arkansas, in the dark blue area we are getting 128 down and 15 up with Starlink Roam (formerly Starlink RV). But I'm mainly using my T-Mobile 5G hotspot during working hours because it's getting like 200 down and 50 up.

Paluxy I wonder if you have some sort of technical issue? We were getting good speeds in Anna, TX.

To be determined

No issues that I can pinpoint. I do get much better speeds (100) late or early morning, which tells me it's peak time congestion.

I was on the wait list over a year when I moved to my property. Once I got moved in, I went ahead and signed up for best effort service just to have *something*. I was on best effort less than a week before they sent me the email that they were upgrading me to full residential service. Been running it ever since, and have no complaints. Occasionally I'll get a hiccup, but a page refresh clears it right away. And I mean a small hiccup, not like it's been trying to get to this forum the last couple weeks. Streaming video from Amazon Prime has been flawless.

Update:
I just pushed the button to purchase Starlink. I contacted Nexlink and there line of site only. The closest tower to me is 4 miles east and too many trees in the way with my place sitting in a depression. So that's a No-Go.

It's expensive but what isn't these days. I'll keep updates coming when the stuff arrives.
