Watching.

Does anyone know what happened to Corsicana radar? 'Learned about it on here and used to rely on it.

I'm also looking for something free now that they've booted us, but you can just buy their rainfall data package. I think it's $70-75 per year but still not worth it to me.

Same here. Really liked Farmlogs. Guess we're all looking for the same thing.

Got an email from them this morning saying there was rain detected on my fields, and I could view it after subscribing!

This one used to work, but does not seem to be working so well at the moment.
https://www.iweathernet.com/total-rainfall-map-24-hours-to-72-hours
By the way, I learned of both of these from THF. Just giving back.

When it's working correctly, does it let you zoom in closer on an area?

It used to let you zoom in far enough to see the county road intersections. It was pretty stinking accurate…
For whatever reason, about five or six months ago, they quit letting you zoom in that close. Really sucks, it was a handy tool.

Lalo, Thanks for the texmesonet link, I’ll be using it until iweathernet decides to fix their map…

And iweathernet.com doesn’t respond to emails either. I have emailed them multiple times to ask why their site does not let you zoom in anymore. Use to be a great tool for checking rain totals at various places. Now, not so much.

I will try texmesonet too. Thanks!

Climate FieldView.

I believe the free version allows you to get weather reports. I have a plus account but get a daily report for how much rainfall each field or location I have saved received if any of them got any.

If you are in West Texas then the West Texas Mesonet by TTU is awesome.

We used to have some type of “weather station” on old lease. It costs a little but gives lots is info. I think it’s same one that Tx Buckeye on here uses. He will probably chime in at some point.

Weather stations are too far apart for my use. The storms/rain around Moran break up and often leave no precipitation on the ranch when nearby weather stations indicate otherwise. Same at home in Grand Prairie where the measurements are taken on the north end of the city and I live in the south end. Big fluctuations. Farmlogs was always right on.

I agree. Farmlogs let you outline specific places like your home, Lease etc. Need something similar

I like what I'm seeing so far, thanks for the tip.
