A Democracy is when two wolves and a lamb vote on the dinner menu. That is why this country was specifically not designed as a Democracy. We are a Constitutional Republic.

300 HAM'R
2 with day scopes 2 with Thermal scopes 3 that I use for Lehigh Defense bullet testing
I've also got several .308 and .358 rifles I shoot quite a bit. Love the .358 Win caliber, the most underrated caliber there is!
Also, like most I've got several .223/5.56 that are mostly range toys. For your 300 HAM'R rifles, what are your two day scopes, and what are your two thermal scopes? (just curious)

223 and 308 are the rifles I have in different forms (bolt, semi-auto). 9mm is where I have lots of guns too.

Have two .300 Ham’r rifles. One Wilson AR and one Ruger American Ranch converted with a Wilson barrel. Just bought another Ham’r barrel on THF to either build an AR pistol or SBR. All three are (or will be) used for deer and hog hunting.
Have 10mm handguns in Sig X Ten, 1911, and Super Redhawk. Also a variety of 9mm, from sub compact to Glock 19.

Do any of you have two rifles in the same caliber that you would say you use regularly or have a different purpose? Pretty good collection of 243's. Ruger Predator dedicated to varmint calling. Ruger Predator I carry in the truck. Styer Pro that I used to carry a ton, most accurate of the bunch. Ruger 77 Tang Safety I bought for Mrs B. And one built on a Mauser 98 action that I've never shot.
Yes! A Weatherby does kill them deader.

I've heard about those Baikals, how well regulated is it? I think remember reading about someone rechambering one for 6.5 Grendel, or at least wanting to do so.

I've heard about those Baikals, how well regulated is it? I think remember reading about someone rechambering one for 6.5 Grendel, or at least wanting to do so. I have the same 11 dovetail scope mount mounted that came with the gun new and an old Bushnell red dot that has never failed me. So set up more like a scout rifle. I keep it sighted in at 50 yards for my purpose and fairly accurate. The shotgun barrel shoots where I point it. It never needed adjustment. There is a screw between the barrels at the end of the forearm I assume for regulating the barrels, but I have never messed with it. I have taken a number of mixed big game, turkeys, and small game with it. I also have one of the old Savage 20GA barrel inserts with it and hunt it as 6.5x55/20GA when I have the need. And I still have two or three cases of the old 6.5x55 Gallery ammo that I used to use for small game hunting with this rifle. A friend bought one new the same week that I did, but in 7x57R/12. Both his barrels shoot to point of aim too. But these are true Baikals. Pre Remington. Ugly, heavy, and an overly tight lockup that has never loosened. Don't Care. I really like it's versatility and I could not break it if I tried. I was walking the woods hunting Hogs, Squirrels, and Wood Ducks in East Texas with it just last week.

35 Rem…. I have a Marlin model 336 lever action made in 1965 and a Remington model 8; the first commercially successful semi auto rifle manufactured and it was what Texas Ranger Frank Hamer had at the Bonnie & Clyde ambush. And a Remington model 81 which is just like the model 8 except for changes in the stock and forearm.

Do any of you have two rifles in the same caliber that you would say you use regularly or have a different purpose? The voice in my head says not to answer this in case my wife is reading..... The quick answer is no. I have multiple in the same caliber (you know.....just in case!), but I always use the same one. The others are there for standby.

I love this thread. I was just wondering the same thing. I went ahead and purchased a 2nd 6.5 PRC. One for backcountry and a heavier setup for fun shooting and hunting out of a box blind

Savage 10FP 308 for most hunting; Sig 716 DMR for multiple quick shots/pigs; HK91 with night vision, and a Remington 750 Carbine for the truck front seat or front of four wheeler... use them all a lot;
