Yeah, I don't give a crap about seat belts and motorcycle helmets, those only kill the person not wearing them. It's America, do what you want. But kill switches are for the safety of others. Wear them.

Had a buddy who lost control of his bay boat in the inter-coastal. He, his wife, her brother and his wife were all thrown in the water. Boat ran over the other couple. He lost ihis right arm at the shoulder and she had numerous surgeries to reattach & repair thigh muscles which the prop severed to the bone.
