We will be there in late August. One of our favorite places in the world. Wish I was there right now. One year we left to come back to DFW. It was 37 when we left, and we didn't get out of the car until we hit Tulia, TX, where it was 97. It wasn't pleasant opening my door.

Had some youth from church in the mountains just above there back packing over the 4th. Beautiful place! Little diner in town had great huevos rancheros with green chili!

I was in Cimarron/Eagle Nest/Red River about a month ago. 43 one morning we were there. Took dad on probably last fishing trip on the lake. Beautiful country. Had a cabin in Cimarron canyon for 20 years that was sold in 2019. [Linked Image]
