Port Arthur isn't known for it's fishing. I'm sure you can find a guide on Sabine Lake if you really wanted to. I'd make the drive an hour east to Lake Calcasieu in Louisiana. Out of state license is cheap, you'll catch a lot more, and you can keep a lot more.

Not bad advice. LA better for fishing, at least in that area and as far as higher limits go.
