Welcome to the forum, tell all your buds about it. The more people here the better as the conversations will get more involved (both in amount of BS, and uselful information). I've never hunted Iowa but I've seen some pictures and they are some absolute bruisers up there!
High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

Iowa, some real great deer. Whitetail Fanatic my new best friend. let say we all have a get together at your place. Do a little hunting, eat some food, Do a little hunting and maybe by spring we will all have divorces and keep hunting. Drink some beer drown our sorrows and keep hunting. How does that sound. I will bring the pies.
