Are those the new Iron Will vanes they did the engineering work up on? Look cool.
No matter how high a duck flies a hammer still breaks a window.

I also went to 125gr heads this year so I did have to micro tune rest a touch left with new vanes. Board heads where 6” right of field points @ 50 . Now spot on. Guessing arrow spine.

AAE fletching jigs are good, enough fletching with it and you might find a buildup of glue if not careful which can be a pain or easiest to just replace it if bad. Had some in the shop that were pretty much trash with some there using too much glue or not careful about it. For great quality and longevity by once and pas it on when gone Bitzenburger Jig.

Feel like you could use a simple release agent on it before you use it and build up would blow off when dry
