Biggest jump you’ve seen a deer make? What was their age, (estimated) score before and after, range conditions, new management practices, etc.

8ft over a high fence corner.
All kidding aside:
Ive seen a deer gain approx 75/80 inches going from 2.5yo to 3.5yo. He went from 120ish to around 200.
Dry year but added lots of water troughs, always has free range protein, added alfalfa from late spring to fall.

Im not sure, but one i can think of right now was a 9 year old buck that was in the low 160's and at 10 he was shot and grossed 198". The year he was killed was a super dry season.

Saw a three year old eight jump a 7 foot HF from a standing start. I rattled a 3year old little 8pt over. Guessing it’s 7.5 ‘, one hop and over

It's the distance a deer can jump that has always impressed me most. I've seen adult does easily clear a country dirt road and both high banks on each side without a problem. Even fawns can make some impressive jumps once they get some weight on them. Watched one once playing in a pasture while hog hunting and it seemed obvious the little thing was testing and practicing with its legs as it made circles around its mother. Let's just say Michael Jordon ain't got nothing on deer when it comes to hang time.

Was a pic of a huge axis buck clearing an 8’ fence once. They say Axis aren’t jumpers.

I had attended a Texas Trophy Hunters show in San Antonio back in the 90's and one outfitter was showing me a video from a helicopter survey taking place in South Texas the year before. The helicopter was chasing a big South Texas buck on video and that buck cleared a 12' high fence which was the height the outfitter commented about. I have seen big South Texas bucks clear 8' fences several times before only because they were pushed (I was driving parallel to a high fence and the buck ran out in front of me and cleared the fence.)
